Delivery information for students

Someone must be available to sign for delivery at the delivery address you provide. Failure to do so may delay your delivery or result in materials being returned to us.

All international deliveries require a local telephone contact number for courier purposes.

Update for shipping to the European Union from the 1st July 2026: 

An import customs charge has been introduced to all physical parcels being sent from outside the EU.  Previously this only applied to parcels with a value of over €150. This charge is expected to be €3 per shipment. The consignee will be contacted by either the delivery company or the in-country customs service to arrange payment of these duties.

Please ensure you provide valid contact details when placing your order and continue to monitor communications regarding your order.

If you do not want to pay these additional duties, please look for a local stockist or purchase an eBook version instead.

We estimate delivery to be made in the following time frames from when you receive your order confirmation:

United Kingdom: 3-5 working days

Europe: 5-7 working days

Rest of the World: 8-10 working days

Delivery Charges

United Kingdom: £7.00 to all mainland addresses

International: varies according to weight of consignment and delivery location. Freight costs will be calculated during checkout.
