About BPP eBooks
With an intuitive interface, seamless access to your content and a personalised reading experience, BPP Learning Media eBooks are ideal for students and their study needs. Your eBook can be accessed on multiple devices, syncing your bookmarks and updates, and enables you to highlight and annotate the content using a range of editing tools.

Frequently Asked Questions
Once you have purchased an eBook, you will be taken to an order confirmation page and receive an email confirmation. Open your eBook via the link provided by accessing our online platform using the same log in credentials you used to create your buying account.
You can view your eBook through the platform, and download to a mobile or tablet device for offline viewing.
Notes, bookmarks and annotations will synchronise between devices.
We advise that you use Google Chrome when accessing and downloading our eBooks and apps.
Yes. Download the mobile app 'BPP eBooks' from the Google Play store or the Apple App store.
Providing you have previously accessed your eBooks via the website study.bpp.com, you will be able to log in to the app using the same credentials and download your eBooks to your device for offline viewing.
Our app can currently only be used on mobile and tablet devices.
Yes, you can currently access your eBook offline on mobile and tablet devices.
First you must access your eBooks on study.bpp.com, a link to which you will receive in your confirmation email.
Launch each of your eBooks using that website (from the main screen with the product tiles). Only by accessing all of your eBooks via this platform will it ensure they are also available via the mobile app.
Then you can download the app 'BPP eBooks' using the links to the Google Play store or the Apple App store which are on the main product screen.
Once you have downloaded the app you will be able to login using the same credentials and access your eBooks. You will be given the opportunity to download each of your titles so you can use them offline.
On a desktop, eBooks can currently only be viewed online.
No, there is no printing capability available for our eBooks.
No, the content is protected and will remain within the app.
All Apple and android devices are supported (smartphone and tablet). eBooks can also be accessed on desktops/laptops running Windows 7 onwards and MAC.
Access to your eBook (including via desktop or mobile app) will continue for a period of 18 months from the date of your confirmation email. However, if your account is unused for a period of three months, your account may be deactivated. Your account will be reactivated (up to the period of 18 months from the date of your confirmation email) upon logging into your account, but you may lose any previously stored notes, annotations or bookmarks.
We changed our eBook format in October 2017. If you purchased an eBook before this date, it will not be compatible on our current software. Please contact our customer services team on firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number for assistance.
You may return your eBook and receive a refund within 14 days of purchase. However if you have accessed your eBook, you must request a refund within 3 working days from purchase. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.
